Hello sureshot and Welcome to the Do It Yourself Web Site and my Sharpening forum.
It's not possible for the doityourself person.
The grinding has to be done on a professional machine.
There several different angles and shapes to a single tooth. Each tooth has to be almost perfect and matched with the other teeth.
Another machine is used to restore the set. The set must also be close to perfect on each and every tooth for clean cuts.
{Set is the term for the angle each blade tooth bends outwards on steel saw blades. Without set, the blade will bindup in the kerf.}
If you have some time, visit a sharpening shop. Notice the specialized machines. Each will perform a different but specific functions. Different machinery is used for steel blades then used for carbide.
If you have the opportunity to watch all the steps that have to be completed to correctly sharpen a combo tooth blade, it will be apparent, sharpening takes work, skill, machinery and time. Which makes the sharpening cost seem worth it.
Regards.

Hello
Steel blade can be touched up a few time for most work...but when it come to grinding and setting you should buy new if small or send them in if they are large blades.
They do have good stones for carbide blade touch up but if you are not a 100 miles out in the "where ever" it is not cost affective and the finish product could suffer, remember sharp tools do great work and dull tools are dangerous....
Be Safe......Good Luck
