the outside fan is quitting and sometimes throwing the breaker switch. it actually souns like the motor is stil spinning but the blades are not. any suggestions? thanks much in advance

confirm that the motor still spins and that the blade does'nt,then the blade has come loose from the shaft.You will need a new motor AND a new blade.PDF
