My fan blower motor will not complete a full cycle with fan on during the entire cycle. The fan will be on for 60 seconds and then off for 60 seconds throughout the entire cooling cycle. The fan works correctly during the heating season. If I override the ac setting with the fan on setting the fan is also in an on and off state. Any suggestions?

control board.Look for burnt wires.It could be the motor but the on/off cycle is too consistant.PDF
