I just purchased a 2 story home with an existing steam heat system which we love.
I am looking to add a central air conditioning system and was looking for some advice on the best way to do this. Can you add a system without a furance?
The home is a shotgun style so I believe that I can run one main Duct down the middle of the house and access the entire house. Is this a smart way to run ductwork and is there a specific size duct that I should use?
The house is about1400sq
Look forward to your advice
