When is the best time to turn your A/C on? When it's already 90 or when it's 70 in the morn? Also,what about leaving it on as you would the heating season, or turning it off and waiting for the next day?

For greatest comfort, turn it on and leave it on at a comfortable temperature (lide you do with the refrigerator).

For greatest economy, never turn it on.

Any compromise is up to you and your ability to tolerate discomfort or expense.
