I'm looking for any advice on wet-sanding drywall.
I've been repairing crude work and many years of wear on the drywall of a dining room in a retirement home.
It's prep work before repainting. Had to re-mud many terrible seams and outside corners. Don't want to raise alot of dust because the residents are elderly. In the past, I've gone the extra yard, done a fourth mud coat, fine feathering and all that, then used a sanding sponge regularly squeezed in a pail of water to do the final sanding. Anybody got any experience with this?
I'd love to get any helpful tips.
