My wife got lacquer spray paint on the brick when she painted the shutters. I've tried two kinds of paint strippers with no luck. Any ideas?( I'm gonna kill her)

If you are sure it is a lacquer it should be easily removed with lacquer thinner. Lacquers are thermoplastic and redissolve in the thinners from which they are made.
