Apparently my fiberglass tub and shower has a soft spot which has now developed a small crack--about 2 inches in length. I plan to sand the area, smooth on some waterproof epoxy, and then place a small fiberglass cloth patch over the area (after the epoxy is thoroughly dry)--finally repaint. I would like confirmation on this process or advice on a better way.
