My bathroom has old black and white tile (circa 1950), which I love. The grout is in good shape, but it has yellowed considerably. Does anyone have a suggestion for cleaning it? Alternatively, is there a product I could use to "paint" the grout white again?

Yes, a grout "colorant" may be the answer, although it'll be tedious. I presume you've tried laundry bleach? I don't recommend it for everyday, but once won't hurt.
