I am living in London (high moisture/no freezing)and have an interior brick wall that is exposed to the exterior also. The wall has been painted in a latex emmulsion 4 years ago and the paint is now peeling due to moisture from the exterior. My first question is how to effectivly remove the existing paint and secondly for re-painting is there a primer that will seal out the moisture in a brick walll before the paint? Thanks in advance for any assistance you might provide.
