Flooring Tile - cleaning paint overspray off tiles and grout

Hello, Is there a product that will remove paint overspray from ceramic floor tiles and grout? One room has 1x1 shiny blue tiles with dark grey/black grout, and the grout looks virtually light grey now. The other room has tiles with more matte finish, but the grout is also a dark color now made almost white by the overspray. I was able to get a lot of the spray off the tiles right away just using TSP, but there are more stubborn spots that need ot be addressed, and the TSP didn't help the grout much either. I was afraid to use a scrubber on the blue tile in case it scratched the shiny surface. Your advice is appreciated!
