I recently had foundation work done. They cut out 3 2'x2'sections in my patio tile. After the hole was filled
in. I still need to bring the new concrete up about a 3/8" How thick can the quick set be layed or is there something
I can put down first?

Hi Mark,
You can use a "self-leveling" product to flush out the depressions.
If you're going to install tile, though, you'll need some anti-fracture protection as well.
