Is there any type of tool to clean gutters on a two story house without using a ladder?

I've seen products for cleaning gutters from ground level, but don't recall if they would go two stories or not. Basically consists of a long tube with a a big bend on the business end and a small nozzle. Attaches to a hose and blasts the stuff out (probably need to wear a raincoat. Sorry I don't recall where it was I've seen them.

Yes, I have one.
Sears makes a "Gutter clean out kit" which attaches to their blowers. I use it on my home, which is a 2 story high ranch. It is cumbersome, but it beats the ladder, which I do NOT do. :).
If more tubes are needed, just go to the Sears parts counter and order more. I duct taped mine all together like a periscope and it works well enough to keep 'em flowing :).
Any Sears store should have it or be able to order it. It works with most electric leaf blowers.
Good luck, hope that helps.
