A few months ago we had ceramic tile put into our kitchen and foyer.....the grout changes color when it gets wet....does that mean that it was not properly sealed?

Just about everything changes colour when wet..including grout..sealer helps..but it's not perfect...though if it's sealed, water should take a while to soak into the joint. It can't hurt to seal it again..and maybe once a year after that.
