HAVE A ROTOZIP CUTTING TOOL. CAN'T TIGHTEN BIT. TIGHTENING
NUT GOES ON ONE THRED BY HAND, HAVE TO USE WRENCH TO
FURTHER TIGHTEN. AFTER I TIGHTEN BY WRENCH BIT STILL FALLS
OUT I CAN'T SEE ANY THRED DAMAGE ON EITHER THE SHAFT OR THE
TIGHTENING NUT. THREADS LOOK LIKE 1/2" 28 THREAD ENF. I
WOULD APPRECIATE ANY HELP

The same thing has happened to me a time or two with my Dremel. Roto-Zip has two different size collets, 1/4" and 1/8". Are you by any chance trying to tighten a 1/8" drill into the 1/4" collet?
