my master bath has a moisture problem it's very small and doesn't have a window the ceiling above the shower gets water bubbles in the paint after a shower. it takes an extreme amount of time for the fan to vent the steam (app 20 minutes for the mirror to become clear. should i replace the vent fan with a more powerful model? What would be the best way to correct the bubbling paint?

Bathroom exhaust fans of the same brand may look the same, but they come with different size motors. Yours appears to be too small for your bath moisture.
Find a fan exactly like yours and replace the motor/fan assembly with one with a larger cfm (cubic-foot-per-minute). Look on the boxes for the cfm, and get the largest that will fit your existing model.
You'll probably have to by a whole new fan, but you don't need to change out the base mounted in the ceiling. It should be easy to switch out the rest.
As for the paint bubbles, they need to be scraped off and the ceiling re-painted. You might want to post over the in Painting forum, and ask one of the pros over there about the best way to correct that.
Good Luck!
