I would like to remove outdoor carpet from my mothers outside concrete deck slab, it is put down with very good adhesive although the carpet is worn and ragged due to the Oklahoma weather and no awning or cover overhead. Is there some chemical to remove or loosen the adhesive, can I remove it fully enough to use outdoor concrete paint on it afterwards, any information on this subject of removal, replacement, options, etc. is appreciated, thank you bomalleyo
