We are putting a border in our bedroom on a painted wall. The walls are painted with satin paint. The border is prepasted. How do we do this? Do we just wet it and hang it?

Pcat, Although border might stay with only water you really need to use a border adhesive or vinyl over vinyl to be sure....Mike
