My toilet sweats,not leaking just sweating,
How do i insulate inside of tank?

Buy a foam insulation kit at Home Depot or Lowe's. Drain the tank (shut off the water supply to the tank, and hold the flush handle down). Wipe the inside of the tank walls dry, apply the insulation and turn the water supply back on.

to put an end to condensation on toilet tank =-AND on the supply line you need a tempering valve
this valve gets fed from both the cold and hot water supply -adding a little bit of hot water to raise the temperature
it costs about 50 dollars and uses only a little hot water per flush so you're not wasting energy
