I need to build stairs that are accessable from 3 sides. Does anyone have any ideas and or specs as far as angles to cut and lengths. I have limited space due to a existing tree that will be just off the bottom step if I do a normal straight run of steps. So I was hoping for an angled staircase that can be entered from either side. I need to do 4 or 5 steps to reach the ground. Any ideas or advise would be appreciated.

I did on a deck last spring. It had 3-sided access at the bottom. Nothing special, just lots of extra cutting.
Best advice is to make sure your risers are not too tall (more than 7 3/4") or too short (less than 7"), and that thay are all the same.
It looks cool when it is done right.
