We are looking for a new water heater. I heard there is a new model out that is energy efficient and small - about the size of a phone book.
Any one know where I can find one of these? I checked into Home Depot and places like that - NO go.
Anyone...?

You're talking about one of those instant wall-mounted water heaters.
I'm not a pro plumber, but I've seen pros in here comment on them.
Yes, they are compact and energy-efficient.
BUT, parts are hard to find, and few people know how to work on them yet, so there are service issues involved with them.
However, you should be able to locate sources for them at major plumbing supply houses.
Good Luck!

hot water heaters,do as they say.On a call for hot water the gas valve opens and heats the water.Instead of a hot water tank(50,70,100 gals )that always must heat the water to a certain temp...As discussed several times on this forum make sure a parts supply house or company is within your area.PDF
