hot wax leaked from a bag and wnet down the bathtub drain. drain cleaner did not help and that is now stuck in the srain too. how can we get the wax that is now no longer hot out of the drain and/or pipes ?

The simplest solution is to just dip out the cold water, run the HOT water and let it run, until it is cleared, OR, you just have to take it all apart, clean it out, and re-assemble.
