I live out in the country and use well water and have a septic tank. My toilets always have this mineral and rust deposit on them and I am not able to get it off. I have used cleansers, bleach, Lime Away, and CRL ( calcium, rust and lime) remover. Nothing seems to help. My husband does not want me to use harsh chemicals which could upset the balance in the septic tank or hurt our pond which is located in front of our house. This makes my toilets look like they are never cleaned. What can I do??? I am in desperate need of help.
