My hardwood floors have scuff marks on them from kids tennis shoes. How do I get rid of them?

Do not use ammonia, Fantastik, 409, Dish Liquid, All Purpose Cleaner, Endust, Pledge, Mop N Go, Murphy's Oil Soap, or other polishes. It is always best to use what the manufacturer of your prefinished floor recommends. A pencil eraser or toothpaste (not gel) can remove scuff marks. You can also use a 50/50 white vinegar/water solution and a soft cloth.
