I'm currently adding a bathroom to my upstairs. Is it o.k. to use a closet bend that isn't 4 inches on the flange side and three inches (diameter)on other side. I have one that is three inches on both ends and a flange to fit and has a lower profile to fit in 10 inch joists. Is this possibly a Michigan code violation ?
