I'm thinking about adding a heating and air unit to my finished basement. There's about 1200 square feet of finished area. Can someone give me a rough idea of the costs involved to do this. Duct work will be a little bit of a problem. I have drop ceilings, but the area to work is tight and because of the way the joists change directions in some areas it's going to be a little difficult.

Prices and pricing vary through out the country. Call a contractor for estimit, cut it in half and you'll have a close idea of equipment costs.
