I am looking to replace the baseboard heating in my new home. it is a reambler with three bed/1 ba and has a large family room and kitchen/dining room.
If I have to stay with electric heating what sorts of convection /fan electric heaters work the best and are the 440 only or Can I use the same wiring as for my baseboard heaters?

Try getting a heat pump if you gotta stay electric.

A heat pump? IS that the one that takes heat from the ambient air? like pulls what heat is outside and brings it inside? Are those efficient?

Seattle is a good local for a HP(heat pump) because your temps are fairly constant. However with this system you will have to install duct work. With HP you also recieve the benefit of a/c.PDF

install a burnham boiler hot water base board that way you can take your electric base board off and replace it with hot water there will be no bare spots on the wall it will cover them up
