I want to papaer over an internal door. How do I cut the paper at the door edge? How do I treat the edge so the wallpaper wont peel off over time?

I would apply the paper and trim with a new blade,using the door edges as a guide.
Peel back the edges.1" and allow to dry....Then stick back edges with contact adhesive.
