I just bought a new home. The previous homeowner did alot a work to it, however, he was not very good at drywall work. You can see the seam between every sheet. He tried to cover up by using texture paint, however, only made it worse. How can I fix this problem?

sounds like he forgot to use drywall tape on the seams. I dont have a clue how to fix the problem with out sanding down all the seams and redoing them with tape and a nice feather coat of mud.
