Is there such a paint called zinger. Is is a high adhesive paint from what I`m told. Do you know if this is true. I might be spelling it some wrong. rvanwhy@enter.net

The Zinsser company (the bulls-eye shellac folks) makes a product called 1-2-3. Maybe it could be Zinsser and not zinger???
