I would like to underpin my double-wide with brick. However, I am not a carpenter nor a brick mason. I would like to know if I'm able to get the job done on my own or should I have a professional brick mason do the feat? If I am able to do it, how do I do it. Any and all suggestions/recommendations will be appreciated.

If I could tell you how I would, but I have never worked on one. You could learn to lay brick (it might be a little messy the first time). Check with the building department. They will tell you if you can or if specialty contractor must do the work. They may have a handout sheet of requirements also.
