I want to mount a low-profile TV antenna on the side of my
house which is made out of stucco. The antenna has brackets
that can be screwed in. What kind of screws do I need to
use for stucco? Can I use a masonry bit on stucco?

Masonry bit? Definitely. Either masonry or stainless steel screws (try to locate a stud).
