I just moved into a wonderful home. Unfortunately, the interior wall in the entire house are wallpapered with mossy green vinyl wallpaper. It's beautiful paper but I don't like it and it clashes with my style, tastes, etc. Question: Can I prime and paint over this wallpaper...? What kind of primer - oil like Kilz...?

gwenny, THe oil KILZ would be the best thing to use. It will keep the water in the paint from loosening the paper....Mike
