What is the best way to alleviate noise from my neighbors bedroom that backs up to mine. We hear the TV, the telephone, answering machine , etc. The wall is drywall with R-11 insulation in between. This is apparently fire retardation and not soundproofing. We have room to add panelling but not sure this is the answer. Would appreciate any suggestions.
