I have brick accents at both sides of my garage door from ground to the soffits. The brick looks very dull. Would something like a concrete sealer work to bring back some shine to the brick?

Sealers that produce gloss or shine are film forming. Film forming sealers are not recommended where freeze thaw cycles occur (trapped moisture can cause spalling of the brickwork or clouding may occur under the sealer).

Types that produce gloss: acrylic (durability 5-7 years, poor vapor transmission), urethrae (durability 1-3 years, poor vapor transmission), silicone (durability 1 year, fair vapor transmission).

All major paint stores stock one or more of the above.
