What materials are needed and how do I repair cracks in a washed stone aggregate driveway?

What do you expect: 1> you will be satisfied with filling the cracks even though they will be obvious. The answer: concrete patch in a caulking tube and a caulking gun (from any hardware store). 2> you want it to look as good as new. This is labor intensive. Rental tools will be required also. (No fun and games here. Just hard work).
Next: how wide, long, and deep, are the cracks(?) how large is each section of concrete (length, width, and depth)(?), how many control joints exist within each section, are they tooled or sawn, and their placement(?), and is there evidence of heaving (both sides of the cracks are in the same plain)? Also: is the concrete colored or not?
