In several places throughout my house the joint tape is separating from the ceilings. I have a one story ranch with a finished basement,the problem is all on the ground floor, none in the basement.
First question,is there a way to repair this without having to cut out and retape the joints? Secondly,any ideas on what might be causing the problem? I think it could be inadequate roof ventilation?
