I have a double paned window in my kitchen The window is about 5 years old. Somehow it has condensation in between the panes. What can I do about this? Please help.

The only way to fix it is to replace the IG unit (the glass). First, check and see if the window may still be under warranty. Most windows have a 5 to 10 year warranty on the seal of the glass. If it is, call the mfgr. or the dealer where you bought the window. If it's no longer under warranty, call a local glass shop. They will come to the house and measure for a new IG unit. It will have to be ordered, and should take about 2 weeks to get it.

Thanks so much for responding to my question. I had been all over the internet asking this question. After I had asked you, I went on to read some of the questions in the forum and found my answer several times. I'll know better next time. Thanks again.
