I need a hole in a brick wall as a passage for a conduit. let's suppose the conduit has 2 inch outside diameter. I skow I could cut a square hole. Or drill a number of small holes and chisel out the remainder.
Are there tools that directly bore a 2 inch hole? I'm imagining a carbide or diamond hole saw. If such exists, what is the price range?

In addition to 2" carbide percussion and diamond core bits both types of hole saws exist. The price range for a bit spans $30 to $300 depending on the type, depth of cut, and the quality of. If the wall is 8" thick or more seek a rental yard or hire a driller.
