I have a 25 year old concrete patio that was poured by a previous owner. Apparently no proper reinforcing steel or wire mesh was installed and unsightly cracks have appeared for some time. I generally apply a concrete vinyl patch to the cleaned out cracks and paint over the entire surface, but it's just about a yearly task. Anybody had any experience with epoxy resin poured into the cracks? I'm thinking about the material that you can get in the boating supply stores. Just mix up the two part epoxy and work it into the crack, just like I'm doing with the vinyl concrete patch.

"It's just about a yearly task." Epoxy will not cure a poorly prepared sub grade, inferior concrete or lack of control joints. Consider replacement.
Control joints can be sawn, but unless the cracks are static and all of the old filler is removed, use of prime resin or injection is a waste of money.
