Several nail polish bottles broke, and Unfortunately splattered red and pink nail polish on the carpet, as well as an oriental rug (not an expensive one). There are trails and also thick puddle type spots. Help, is there anything I can do?

Nail polish is paint! Oil based at that. Try this URL to the carpet cleaners forum...
