I am planning to install marble tiles in a bathroom
The material is Crema Marfil, wich is a very light color
I was loocking at epoxy adhesive and not having any grout.
Does the tile have to be sealed before installation ??
the material is very delicate and get stained easily
thank you

Hi Jacques,

You should have grout, period. You can make the joints very narrow, but you need grout.

You don't need to pre-seal the tiles. You can do the sealing after everything is dry. As you've noted, Crema Marfil is delicate. You must achieve as close to 100 percent support as you can. Use white thinset with latex additive or marble set. Grout with powdered grout in a color very close to the color of the marble, which is beige/pink.
