I will eventually be remodeling my new home in Tallahassee, FL and one of the problems I have is a 10" concrete wall that I want to put three openings in. It is 16' wall with a 3' door opening on the right. My idea is to add a 6' opening in the center and another 3' opening on the left. I would like these openings to be arched as well. How do you suggest I support the wall durring demolition and then follow up with arch ways for headers?

Consult a structural engineer. With little doubt the building department will require engineering analysis and design of the arches. It's also probable that the people at the building department will do everything they can to dissuade you from performing the work yourself, maybe to the point of flat a "No".
Typically arches are supported by wooden and/or steel centering during construction. Other elements are supported with jacks, shoring, and bracing.
