HELP!

IS THERE ANYONE OUTTHERE THAT CAN HELP ME?
I WILL LIKE TO REMOVE QUICKSET FROM MY MARBLE TILE
THAT WAS DONE BY AN INEXPERIENCE CARPENTER.
I HAVE QUICKSET ON TOP OF THE MARBLE FLOORING.
WILL LIKE TO REMOVE THE QUICKSET AND THE STAIN.
WILL ALSO LIKE TO BUFF OUT CERTAIN SCRATCHES FROM THE SAME FLOOR.
