In my powder room, I want to wallpaper only the bottom half of the wall and then border at the top of the wallpaper. How far up should I come with the border and wallpaper to look decent? To the light switch? sink? inches?

SalomeH, To tell someone where they will like their paper is a hard one but I can pass on the standards in hopes that will help. The top point on 8 foot walls is about 32-33 inches. On 9 foot walls about 34-35 inches...Mike
