I am wallpapering with two different patterns on the same wall, one on top & one on the bottom, with a border dividing in the middle. How far down does the border go, should it line up with the switches & outlets, or be the same height as the kitchen counter?

sblouin, I don't hang them so high that they hit the switchplates. On 8 foot ceilings the top of the border is about 32-33 inches and 9 foot or more ceilings about 35-36 inches....Mike
