I have a Worcester 924 Electronic boiler on my central heating system. It works fine until I run the hot water tap,
it produces hot water ok, but after about 5 mins the gas is shut off and the boiler stops heating.I have to re-light the pilot and then the boiler kicks in again.
I have changed the Domestic Hot Water thermister but this has no effect. Any suggestions?

Not too familiar with UK brands of boilers, but when you say electronic, do you mean electronic spark ignition to lite the pilot? If so, the problem will lie somewhere in the hot water controls. Since you've changed the thermistor, I would have the control that the thermistor is connected to checked out. Have you checked the hot/cold resistance on the thermistor? It may not have a problem, it may be in the hot water insert itself.
