My furnace received a new thermocoupler two months ago and now the furnace will constantly turn on for two minutes and then shut down for 30 seconds than back on for two minutes and off for 30 seconds ect.... What is it? Heat sensor? This is a gas unit, Tappan is the make.

and make sure filter is claen and that air flow is not restricted.Make sure blower is running.Sounds like you are tripping on high limit.PDF
