I'm not sure if anyone has any insight on this strange occurence but I thought I'd throw it out there.
When our oil burner goes to fire sometimes it takes a few minutes. While it's firing it send static to our cable T.V. for a few minutes. It can be very annoying especially when it's a critical point on Survivor.....
A friend mentioned that the burner could be grounded to the cable. I have no clue what that means or how to fix it.
If anyone has any hints I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks

That may be caused by the burner or bad ground on the cable.
