When my house cools down the Blower shuts off but my compressor keeps running. This causes the condensor inside my exchange unit to eventually freeze over.

It sounds like your contacter might be sticking. If you dont know what or where your contacter is its probably best not to mess with it and call a qualified service tech.
For now though when your house cools down and your t stat is satisfied and your blower shuts off just go outside and turn the disconnect off at the condencing unit. That will keep your compressor from freezing.
